We are pleased to share that Sam started in her new capacity as Service Manager at our Hub last week and is already leading the team to deliver high quality support to some of the most vulnerable adults in Rochdale.
Reflecting on the success of her first week, Sam said:
“In my first week as Hub Manager, I felt excited and a little overwhelmed, but I have been surrounded, supported, and mentored by a fantastic team and feel I am now settling in well.
"It is also amazing to work with so many people that are clearly passionate and excited about the work that they do and that they can bounce off each other on a daily basis and provide a positive working environment. I genuinely cannot wait to continue the great work with everyone moving forward.”
Sam previously worked as our Town Centre Outreach Worker, building strong, supportive relationships with our service users and we wish her well in her new role within our charity as she continues to bring her passion and skills to the team.
