At Petrus we work to end homelessness by supporting people with multiple and complex needs to feel empowered to make positive changes.
As part of our management team, this role as Wellbeing and Engagement Service Manager will enable us to develop and grow our current health and wellbeing offer to those experiencing multiple disadvantage or lack of opportunity.
Good mental health and wellbeing has never been more important. This is where the Wellbeing and Engagement Service Manager role comes in as you will ensure all people within our community have access to good quality support that empowers them to take a lead in their own journey to recovery.
You’ll work to ensure opportunities to volunteer and actively participate within the community. You will be passionate about co-production and empowering people to be part of the design and delivery of the services they receive.
Not only that, but you'll be joining a team of passionate and determined people working to support members of our community everyday.
For our Wellbeing and Engagement Service Manager, we're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about making a difference
- Wants to love what they do
- Has experience leading teams to deliver high quality engagement and wellbeing activities
- Shows understanding of the health and wellbeing inequalities faced by those with multiple disadvantages
